A real bonanza! Love it! Challenging & super fun!
A real bonanza! Love it! Challenging & super fun!
This puzzle was not well named.
Puzzles don’t overwhelm you. Smooth are just challenging enough to keep you engaged.
Ads are way too long!
Normally, I love Bonza. But this last one entitled “European Countries” was WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!
SUCKED!!!!
Good clean fun.
Easy-hard - something for everyone! I like the idea that I can choose a different puzzle if the one that pops up is too tough
Usually I get bored after awhile. Not so with Bonza; each and every game is unique and fun. It’s sort of a cross between word puzzle and trivia. Great game!
Just redownloaded this program after a short break. Still find this to be a wonderful challenge!
Bonza is a fun game to play. I enjoy the challenge in solving the puzzles.
I will NEVER answer Unity Ads! Will simply delete if it keeps asking for personal information. Two stars off for ridiculously long ads and questions. Like the game and concept but not enough to continue if this remains.
Exactly what I was looking for in a word game! And customer support was very responsive when I had a billing issue. This game has quickly joined my daily play list.
Almost perfect. One price to stop adverts would be nice
Interesting twist on crossword puzzles! Makes you really think!
Still a very fun game but not as many hard puzzles for free as I would wish
Just finished the starter pack and I think this game will be a good game, while you’re waiting or relaxing before bed.
Way too simple or specialized. Misspelled answers.
They spelled Michelangelo’s name wrong.
Fun mental exercise
I've had this game for many years and used to always play it every day at a minimum, but the puzzles are only provided by other users for some years, and now it's constant ads as well. Now I maybe open it once every few weeks and then play the one daily game and exit before the ad starts.
Bonza is great! It tests your knowledge of multiple different subjects, and helps you to concentrate and think as you manipulate the little letter groups to find each word, and place it where it belongs. It’s very gratifying to solve each puzzle, and it’s a bonus that you can score them yourself. A wonderfully fun added feature is that you can invent your own puzzles! You decide on a category, then you choose the appropriate words that will go into the category. My one wish would be to give Bonza players the ability to locate the puzzles they’ve created, to see how they’ve been scored by other players. That would definitely be icing on the cake!
So I’ve been playing a couple of weeks now and I have some opinions. First, by and large, it’s a solid word puzzle game with a good premise and decent execution. The UI could use a little bit of fine tuning, especially on phone screens where the limited space makes accurate selecting of pieces a bit too much trial and error. But that’s whatever. Lots of puzzle games suffer a bit on phone screens. There are two areas, however, that impact the fun of the game. 1. The random nature of the daily puzzle is suboptimal. Frankly, combining the daily puzzle with the user submitted puzzles is a bad idea. The daily puzzle should be the central draw to bring players into the game each day. Therefore they need to be good. As is? Sometimes there’re good, sometimes they’re not. They either need to have better curation or they need to be made by the devs, not farmed out to the players. 2. The puzzle should be making words to fit the category NOT trying to figure out the category. I’ve gotten stuck several times. If I’m struggling because I can’t figure out how the pieces apply to the category, that’s fine. In those cases it’s me playing (and failing) at the game I opted into. But when I struggle because the category is hidden and nothing is fitting together, it feels like a cheap trick. It doesn’t feel good. That’s not the point of the puzzle. But hey, even with those issues I’m still playing.
I enjoyed playing this game. I would sometimes ask for hints. Early on I was surprised at the content of some of the suggested games. Very out of line. About 2 days ago while asking for a hint it was actually completely out of line. A kid could be playing this game. Not sure who to report the sexual contact to. I have deleted the app. I would give it a zero if I could. Who monitors this stuff?
When one spends a lot of money on puzzle packs you don’t expect to see adds that you have to cancel every time you use it. Very annoying. Deleting app after years of use. Will never give them another dime.
Can’t play anymore, game will not open. Disappointed because I’ve played it for years. Maybe they have gone out of business?
Best game.
Last update crash won’t open. Seriously!!!
The latest update has ruined this game. I have played for years, but now…adds, adds, adds, adds…I’m done!!!
I had the luxury of playing this game for YEARS, since I was in high school! (Almost ten years now) and I have had periods where I don’t play as much, but recently I’ve been playing before bed to help relieve some anxiety I’ve been feeling. I had never updated the game since I got it (I don’t like to update things unless it’s absolutely necessary) and then I was stuck on a puzzle and tried to do my usual “watch ad for free hint” but no matter what it would not play an ad and wouldn’t give me the hint. So I decided to update the app not knowing all of this ad stuff happened. I can’t play a SINGLE level without seeing an ad. All the levels are made available to you (before you had to earn them with coins) so the coins they are begging you to buy don’t even matter! Every time I open the app I’m bombarded with a pop up to buy things. It’s ridiculous! Obviously the game has no interest in being usable and only cares about money. So beyond disappointed. I’m thinking of deleting this game despite how much I’ve loved it over the years. Too many ads and the fact that every level is now available to me instead of having to earn it takes away the play value for me. Plus, if you don’t need coins to unlock levels, what do you need them for?? Scammers!! I’m so sad :(((
Challenging and very fun
Really makes you think I love this game
This game can challenge your thought patterns. Keeps me thinking!
The mix of easy, difficult, challenging and the downright idiotic is dumbfounding. I guess the game makers think they’re being witty … not. And it’s quickly become boring. Time to delete.
I've had this game for sometime, but all of a sudden it wants me to share with my contacts. I'm not on social media and I'm not going to hassle my friends with a game I play. I can't understand this. My husband had the game also, but you haven't locked him out until he shares his contact. This seems so wrong.
Play every day.
I have really enjoyed this game but lately there is a jumbled up mess of ads that lock up the app. I’ve gotten tired of shutting down/restarting my phone so I won’t play again until they fix the bad coding in that ad dump which is also very annoying and hard to follow since there seem to be about 12 different products in one ad. And i’m on latest ios version so it’s not me.
Love the game! Hate the ads. Takes way to much of my time….
Sometimes ads won’t close when I choose the option for an ad to get a hint. I have to close the app, which means I’ve lost up to a minute of my time and do not get the hint.
Always challenging and interesting. Easy to get hints without paying.
I love trying to figure these out. Some are easy and others are quite the challenge. My family is playing too!
Helps me push back on brain deterioration
I like earning coins to unlock puzzles. The daily one keeps me coming back for the challenge.
Not good enough to pay for ad-free, but hard to spend much time playing without quitting and restarting for endless advertising loops.
Enjoyable
Some puzzles are very hard because these are nonsensical, there is no info on the web that would give you a clue and these are obviously not vetted by the game creators.
Fun puzzle to complete. Very entertaining!
Challenging and a lot of fun
Pretty good. Wish it could be silenced.
